Club Avolta and Finnair Plus Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is jointly provided by (1) Dufry International AG and (2) Finnair PLC (each a “Promoter” and jointly the “Promoters”). By participating in this promotion you accept these Terms;

2.    Who can participate?
2.1    To be eligible for this promotion you must be a passenger travelling through the eligible Club Avolta Shopping & Dining locations in Finland or Sweden where a participating store is located, and also be: 
i.    at least 18 years old; 
ii.    a member of the Finnair Plus loyalty programme
iii.    register for, or already hold, a valid Club Avolta account 

('Eligible Customer', or ‘Customers’). 

2.2    The Promoters reserve the right to require the Eligible Customer to provide proof of age, identity and eligibility. 

3.    The Campaign Period is between 00:00 Monday 27 July – 23:59 Sunday 23 August 2026 (UTC+3) (the “Campaign Period”). 
3.1 the ‘Travel Day’ as outlined below, is the period of one (1) day commencing at 00:00- 23:59 (UTC+3, which is Finland local time during the campaign period). 

4.    The Bonus Offer (500 Avios)
i.    With a Linked Finnair Plus account (see ‘How to Participate’), an Eligible Customer must complete a minimum of one (1) eligible purchase at a Participating Shopping outlet, and one (1) eligible purchase at a Participating Dining outlet on the same Travel Day, to the combined value of 50€ or more (exclusive of any applicable taxes), to receive 500 bonus Avios (see ‘Eligible Goods’ below). 
ii.    This offer is valid at the Shopping & Dining outlets as outlined in the Terms & Conditions below. This offer is only valid at participating Club Avolta outlets in Finland & Sweden.
iii.    Eligible Customers in Sweden must spend the equivalent of 50€ (exclusive of any applicable taxes), in the local currency at the time of purchase, in order to qualify for the bonus offer. 
iv.    500 bonus Avios is the maximum number of Avios that Eligible Customers can collect in one day during the campaign period, regardless of whether Eligible Customers spend more than 50€ in that Travel Day. 
v.    To Collect 1 Avios per 1€ spent (Base Avios awarded), and to participate in this offer (receive additional 500 Bonus Avios), an Eligible Customer must pay with card, cash or a partner voucher which has been obtained by exchanging their partner points for a Club Avolta Voucher in the Club Avolta App. 

5.    How to Participate
5.1    This promotion is open to all Customers who have completed the following steps: 
i.    Downloaded the Club Avolta App on their mobile device
ii.    Then, selected ‘Wallet’ and ‘Link partner account’, before linking their Finnair Plus account to their Club Avolta account; and
iii.    Selecting Finnair Plus as their preferred partner

5.2    Eligible Customers must then complete an Eligible Purchase (defined below) in a participating Shopping and Dining outlet in Finland or Sweden, and scan their Club Avolta QR code at a checkout operated by staff. This QR code can be found under the ‘Wallet’ section of the Club Avolta App. 

6.    Participating Outlets: 
i.    The ‘Participating Dining Outlets’ are listed in the Club Avolta App, and are present in Helsinki & Stockholm Arlanda Airport. 
ii.    The ‘Participating Shopping outlets’ are listed in the Club Avolta App, and are present in Helsinki, Stockholm Arlanda Airport, Malmo Airport & Gothenburg Airport.

7.    Eligible Purchases

With the exception of (i) products listed as non-eligible goods or (ii) products labelled in-store to be excluded or advised as excluded by an Avolta staff member from collecting and redeeming Avios, all goods sold at Participating Club Avolta Outlets are eligible under this offer, except: 
i.    In Finland & Sweden, at Club Avolta Shopping outlets, Eligible Customers cannot collect or redeem Avios on Alcohol, Tobacco & Medical Products 
ii.    In Finland & Sweden, at Club Avolta Food & Drink outlets, Eligible Customers cannot collect or redeem Avios on Alcohol, Merchandise items, Gift Cards, Tax-free items or tobacco. 

8.    This promotion is subject to the following terms (as applicable):

i.    The General Terms & Conditions of Club Avolta, available at Terms & Conditions - Club Avolta, 
ii.    The General Terms & Conditions of Finnair Plus, available at Finnair Plus rules | Finnair. 
iii.    The General Terms & Conditions of the Club Avolta & Finnair Plus Partnership, available below under ‘General Terms & Conditions’.

1.    This offer is jointly provided by (1) Dufry International AG and (2) Finnair PLC (each a “Promoter” and jointly the “Promoters”).

2.    To be eligible for this offer, a customer must be at least 18 years old, be a member of the Finnair Plus Program and hold a valid Club Avolta account (“Eligible Customer”). In order to verify eligibility for the Offer, the Promoters may require that an Eligible Customer provide proof of age and identity.

3.    To Collect Avios, an Eligible Customer must go to their Club Avolta App and link their Finnair Plus account to their Club Avolta account, and then select Finnair Plus as their preferred partner account, prior to completing an Eligible Purchase (see ‘Eligible Goods’ below). Customers must then scan their Club Avolta QR code at the checkout in-store or complete their purchase via the online Reserve & Collect journey (Shopping outlets only), to collect Avios. A Finnair Plus account can only be linked to one Club Avolta account and the holder of the linked accounts must be the same person.  Please note that when linking accounts and to collect Avios, certain data related to you may be shared between Club Avolta and Finnair Plus

4.    Qualifying Spend is the final price, excluding any applicable taxes, for the purchase of Eligible Goods (see below) at a Participating Club Avolta Outlet made by an Eligible Customer who has presented their Club Avolta QR Code for scanning, or has completed their purchase online via the Reserve & Collect service. 

5.    Earn Rate and Limits: The earn rate is 1 Avios per 1€ of Qualifying Spend. A maximum of 3,000 Avios can be collected per transaction. A limit of 5 transactions per day and 30 per month applies, i.e., any transactions in excess of such limits will not constitute a Qualifying Spend. If the purchased goods are returned, the Finnair Plus credit will be reversed automatically.  

6.    In Sweden, Avios collected will be calculated based on the variable conversion rate of Swedish Krona, to Euro.

7.    Participating Club Avolta Outlets (store list): Participating Club Avolta Outlets are Club Avolta Shopping & Food and Drink outlets participating in the offer. Current Participating Club Avolta Outlets are listed in the Finnair Plus Partner Terms & Conditions section of the Club Avolta App. The Participating stores list can be accessed by selecting the ‘Wallet’ tab then ‘Link Partner account’. Customers should then select ‘Finnair Plus’ and click on the ‘Program Terms and Conditions’ visible at the bottom of the customer linking page. Avolta may at any time update the list of Participating Club Avolta Outlets with or without notice. 
i.    In Participating Club Avolta Shopping Outlets, Eligible Customers can collect Avios, when checking out at a physical point of sale operated by staff, or via self-check-out kiosks. 
ii.    In Participating Club Avolta Food & Drink Outlets, Eligible Customers can only collect Avios, when checking out at a physical point of sale operated by staff. Avios cannot be collected on qualifying purchases via any other payment method, such as self-check-out kiosks/or App.

8.    Eligible Goods: With the exception of (i) products listed as non-eligible goods or (ii) products labelled in-store to be excluded or advised as excluded by an Avolta staff member from collecting and redeeming Avios, all goods sold at Participating Club Avolta Outlets are eligible to collect and redeem Avios. 
i.    In Finland & Sweden, at Club Avolta Shopping outlets, customers cannot collect or redeem Avios on Alcohol, Tobacco & Medical Products 
ii.    In Finland & Sweden, at Club Avolta Food & Drink outlets, customers cannot collect or redeem Avios on Alcohol, Merchandise items, Gift Cards, Tax-free items or tobacco

9.    Avios collected will typically be awarded within 72 hours of a Qualifying Spend.

10.    Retrospective claims to collect Avios are not possible.

11.    Redeem Avios: An Eligible Customer will have the opportunity to convert Avios into a Club Avolta (“Voucher”) to buy select products at any of the Participating Club Avolta Outlets.

12.    After linking their Finnair Plus account, an Eligible Customer can convert their Avios collected in their Finnair Plus account into a Voucher by logging into their Club Avolta App, going to the respective linked partner page, clicking on ‘Add Voucher’, and then following the steps thereafter.

13.    An Eligible Customer will need to select the country in which they wish to use the Voucher. The currency that the Voucher is available in is determined by the country selected by the Club Avolta member. A Voucher can only be used at Participating Club Avolta Outlets in the country for which such Voucher was issued. Each country will have its own country specific terms and conditions, including the Participating Club Avolta Outlets in such country.

14.    Vouchers are only available in 2 currencies. Each currency denomination will require the conversion of a certain number of Avios, the number of Avios required to be converted for a certain currency denomination is as displayed in the Club Avolta App.

15.    A Voucher will be immediately credited to the Eligible Customers’ Club Avolta account when Avios are converted in the Club Avolta App.

16.    Upon conversion, Vouchers can only be awarded to the Club Avolta account that the Finnair Plus account has been linked to. Once Avios have been converted to a Voucher, the conversion cannot be reversed. 

17.    An Eligible Customer can convert a maximum of 5 Club Avolta Vouchers in a 30-day period.

18.    In Participating Club Avolta Outlets, Eligible Customers can only redeem Vouchers in-store, when checking out at a physical point of sale operated by staff. Vouchers cannot be accepted via any other payment method, such as self-check-out kiosks.

19.    Eligible Customers can use a maximum of 3 Club Avolta Vouchers per transaction. The Club Avolta Voucher will apply on the final price, including any applicable taxes.

20.    The Club Avolta Voucher can be used for the full value or partial redemption.

21.    Once a Voucher has been redeemed for the full value at Participating Club Avolta Outlets, such Voucher is not reusable.

22.    Avios are not redeemable for cash.

23.    Except as required by law, Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be sold, transferred for value, reloaded, or applied to any other Club Avolta account. The value of the Club Avolta Voucher will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

24.    In case an Eligible Customer returns a product purchased with a Voucher, the Eligible Customer will get the Voucher amount refunded in the Club Avolta App in the Wallet tab as a new Voucher. The new Voucher validity time will match the one of the original Voucher, and the replacement Voucher terms and conditions will match that of the original Voucher

25.    Except as required by law, each Voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, after which it will automatically expire and be removed from the Club Avolta wallet.

26.    Once Avios are converted into a Club Avolta Voucher, the Voucher will be awarded in the Eligible Customer’s Club Avolta wallet, with both Finnair Plus and Club Avolta terms and conditions applying. Once Avios have been converted to a Club Avolta Voucher, this action cannot be reversed.

27.    Each Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without any liability. Each Promoter reserves the right to terminate an Eligible Customers participation in this offer and/or to deduct or reverse Avios collected or redeemed if they believe such Eligible Customer is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent or unlawful.

29.    The Promoters and their affiliates, agents or subcontractors will not be liable or accept any liability vis-a-vis an Eligible Customer or other person for any loss or damage or for any personal injury or death arising out of or in connection with this offer, or a persons participation. Mandatory statutory rights, that cannot be excluded, are not affected.

30.    This offer shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Basel, Switzerland. Legal recourse against the Promoters is excluded to the extent permitted.

31.    The Promoters decisions regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with Eligible Customers about it.
